Haitham Aboul-Hosn founded Florida Retirement Group (FRG) in 2017 with a simple belief: retirement planning should feel personal, clear, and empowering—not overwhelming. Since then, he has helped thousands of clients build income strategies that support the life they've worked so hard to create, always with a focus on communication, trust, and long-term confidence.

Haitham's journey in financial services began in 2006, where he quickly discovered a passion for guiding people through some of the most meaningful financial decisions of their lives. Over the years, he has led advisory teams, mentored professionals, and refined a planning approach centered on education and genuine care. He is registered with FINRA as a Registered Representative, holds Life, Health, and Insurance licenses, and has earned several respected professional designations—giving him a broad foundation to simplify complex retirement decisions for the clients he serves.

Outside the office, Haitham gives back through nonprofit programs that support the local community. When he's not volunteering or working with clients, he can usually be found on the soccer field coaching or spending time with his wife, Priya, and their three sons—his favorite team of all.

Ali Moghaddam

Ali Moghaddam, a dedicated professional in the insurance and financial services industry, specializes in assisting seniors approaching the age of 65 with Medicare planning. With a background in Finance and Marketing, he earned a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Business Administration from Georgia State University. Since 2002, Ali has conducted numerous educational workshops to help seniors understand their Medicare options and make informed decisions. In 2015, he became the Principal of USA Senior Advisors 101 Corp., a non-profit organization based in Atlanta, Georgia, that has helped thousands of individuals become "Medicare Experts."

Ali's passion lies in simplifying the Medicare planning process for seniors, ensuring they choose the most suitable option for their needs. Alongside his wife Maryam and their children, Ali is actively involved in his community through volunteering and coaching youth sports. He is a devoted supporter of Atlanta's sports teams and enjoys traveling internationally with his family, attending concerts, and witnessing his family's growth.

Thomas and his team created a website to provide research previously not available to the general public, TNMedicare101.org. This website guides folks through every choice facing a person new to Medicare. Thomas lives in Franklin with his wife, Coralyn, and their son Jackson. When he's not busy educating retirees on ways to preserve their quality of life, you'll find him either on the basketball court or coaching youth sports.
